In Tuesday's non-league match, the St. Michael's Horsemen (Santa Fe, NM) volleyball squad tipped the host Sandia Matadors (Albuquerque, NM), by a final score of 2-1.
Next up, the Horsemen confront the Capital Jaguars (Santa Fe, NM) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 19. St. Michael's will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Jaguars enter the match with a 2-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM).
The Matadors (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM). The Ravens enter the non-league match with a 4-3 record. In their last match, Rio Grande held off Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM), 2-1, in a non-league match.
