In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Sullivan County Griffins soccer squad scored a decisive 99-0 victory over the Benton Tigers.

The Griffins (4-3) will now prepare for their outing against Montgomery (Montgomery, PA). The Red Raiders go into the Mid-Penn D4 outing with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Montgomery walloped Northumberland Christian (Northumberland, PA), 4-1, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Tigers play the South Williamsport Mountaineers (South Williamsport, PA) in a PIAA District IV-A outing, on Wednesday, September 25. Benton will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Mountaineers go into the outing with a 10-0 record after their 10-1 non-league win over Sullivan County (Laporte, PA).
