In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Southern Bulldogs soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Meade Mustangs.
The Bulldogs (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Broadneck (Annapolis, MD). The Bruins enter the Anne Arundel County battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, Broadneck tipped Chesapeake Science Point (Hanover, MD), 8-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Mustangs battle the Old Mill Patriots (Millersville, MD) in a Anne Arundel County battle, on Thursday, September 19. Meade will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Patriots enter the battle with a 3-2 record after their 2-1 league win over Glen Burnie (Glen Burnie, MD).
