Cartersville Hurricanes (Cartersville, GA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Southeast Whitfield County Raiders (Dalton, GA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Cartersville improves its record to 26-0 on the season. The Hurricanes travel to Northgate (Newnan, GA) to face the Vikings in a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 8-6.
The Raiders now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fannin County for a non-league test on Thursday, September 26.
