The Monroe Central Golden Bears volleyball squad (Parker City, IN), was edged 2-1 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Wes-Del Warriors (Gaston, IN)

With the win, Wes-Del improves its record to 2-6 on the season. The Warriors travel to Randolph Southern (Lynn, IN) to encounter the Rebels in a non-league battle on Wednesday, October 2. The Rebels go into the battle with a record of 0-8.

The Golden Bears now own a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eastern Hancock for a battle on Thursday, September 19. Monroe Central will encounter a Royals squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Southwestern (Shelbyville, IN). The Royals record now stands at 8-5.
