Bourbon County Colonels (Paris, KY) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Scott Eagles (Covington, KY), 6-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Bourbon County moves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Colonels host North Laurel (London, KY) to meet the Jaguars in a non-league test on Thursday, September 19. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 5-3. North Laurel won 10-2 in their recent league test against Whitley County (Williamsburg, KY)

The Eagles now sport a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they host Calvary Christian for a District 37 test on Thursday, September 19. Scott will meet a Cougars team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Mason County (Maysville, KY). The Cougars record now stands at 7-4.
