Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Trinity Lutheran Cougars (Seymour, IN) and the visiting Eastern Greene Thunderbirds (Bloomfield, IN), saw Trinity Lutheran's soccer squad hold off Eastern Greene by a count of 1-0.

The Cougars (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against South Dearborn (Aurora, IN). The Knights enter the non-league battle with a 2-10 record. In their last battle, South Dearborn tipped Lawrenceburg (Lawrenceburg, IN), 2-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Thunderbirds battle the White River Valley Wolverines (Switz City, IN) in a Southwestern Indiana battle, on Thursday, September 19. Eastern Greene will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Wolverines enter the battle with a 9-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Seven Oaks Classical (Ellettsville, IN).
