Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Fenton Bison (Bensenville, IL) and the host Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL), saw Fenton's soccer squad hold off Glenbard South by a count of 1-0.

The Bison (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against West Chicago (West Chicago, IL). The Wildcats enter the Upstate Eight - East battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, West Chicago was edged by Leyden (Franklin Park, IL), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Raiders battle the Proviso West Panthers (Hillside, IL) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 19. Glenbard South will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Panthers enter the battle with a 3-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Glenbard West (Glen Ellyn, IL).
