With the triumph, Riverside advances its record to 2-7 on the campaign. The Beavers host Solon (Solon, OH) to clash with the Comets in a non-league test on Thursday, September 19. The Comets come into the test with a record of 7-3. Solon lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Twinsburg (Twinsburg, OH)

The Rebels now have a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Nordonia for a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. South will clash with a Knights team coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Cleveland Heights (Cleveland Heights, OH). The Knights record now stands at 1-8.
