The Brashear Tigers softball team scored 21 runs and held the host Novinger Wildcats to 14 in the Tigers league win on Tuesday.

The Tigers now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to La Plata for a non-league battle on Friday, September 20. Brashear will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Clark County (Kahoka, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Novinger moves to 3-6 on the season. The Wildcats host Grundy County (Galt, MO) to confront the Panthers in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 19. The Panthers come into the battle with a record of 1-4. Grundy County lost 12-2 in their recent league battle against Green City (Green City, MO)
