The Terrell County Greenwave (Dawson, GA) softball routed the visiting Carver Tigers (Columbus, GA), 19-11 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Greenwave now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Randolph-Clay for a 1A D-II Region 1 outing on Tuesday, September 24. Terrell County will encounter a Red Devils team coming off a 15-7 non-league win over Webster County (Preston, GA). The Red Devils record now stands at 7-5.

With the loss, Carver moves to 2-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Jordan (Columbus, GA) to encounter the Red Jackets in a 2A Region 1 outing on Thursday, September 19. The Red Jackets come into the outing with a record of 1-8. Jordan lost 12-2 in their recent league outing against Sumter County (Americus, GA)
