The Amundsen Vikings topped the host Mather Rangers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Vikings face the Lake View Wildcats (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public Red North game, on Thursday, September 19. Amundsen will attempt to advance on its 6-7 season record. The Wildcats go into the game with a 3-1 record after their 2-1 league win over Von Steuben (Chicago, IL).

The Rangers (1-5) will now prepare for their game against North Grand (Chicago, IL). The Eagle Owls go into the Chicago Public Red North game with a 3-5 record. In their last game, North Grand went down by Chicago Academy (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
