Connecticut High School Volleyball - Waterbury Career Academy over Ansonia

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Waterbury Career Academy Spartans volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Ansonia Chargers.

The Spartans (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Crosby (Waterbury, CT). The Bulldogs enter the Naugatuck Valley challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Crosby was beaten by Seymour (Seymour, CT), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Chargers meet the Kennedy Eagles (Waterbury, CT) in a Naugatuck Valley challenge, on Thursday, September 19. Ansonia will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Torrington (Torrington, CT).
