With the win, Maple River improves its record to 7-5 on the season. The Eagles travel to Sargent County (Milnor, ND) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Thursday, September 19. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 0-5. Sargent County lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Enderlin (Enderlin, ND)

The Squirrels now own a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wyndmere/Lidgerwood for a B - Region 1 test on Thursday, September 19. Central Cass will face a Warbirds squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Lisbon (Lisbon, ND). The Warbirds record now stands at 7-2.
