The Clarksburg Coyotes volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Poolesville Falcons to 1 in the Coyotes non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Coyotes now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Sherwood for a non-league outing on Friday, September 20. Clarksburg will play a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 league win over Paint Branch (Burtonsville, MD). The Warriors record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Poolesville drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Wootton (Rockville, MD) to play the Patriots in a Montgomery County 2A/3A outing on Thursday, September 19. The Patriots come into the outing with a record of 4-1. Wootton lost 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Richard Montgomery (Rockville, MD)
