In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Fonda-Fultonville Braves volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Cobleskill-Richmondville Bulldogs.

The Braves (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Middleburgh (Middleburgh, NY). The Knights enter the Section 2 Western - Northern challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Middleburgh was beaten by Notre Dame Bishop Gibbons (Schenectady, NY), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Berne-Knox-Westerlo Bulldogs (Berne, NY) in a Section 2 Western - Northern challenge, on Thursday, September 19. Cobleskill-Richmondville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Galway (Galway, NY).
