The Dalton Academy Pumas volleyball squad (Dalton, GA), dropped 2-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Model Blue Devils (Rome, GA)

With the win, Model improves its record to 19-12 on the season. The Blue Devils host Armuchee (Rome, GA) to encounter the Indians in a 1A Area 7 battle on Thursday, September 19. The Indians go into the battle with a record of 27-1. Armuchee won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Spring Garden (Spring Garden, AL)

The Pumas now own a 0-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Georgia School for the Deaf for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 17.
