Next up, the Lancers battle the Hughesville Spartans (Hughesville, PA) in a PIAA District IV match, on Thursday, September 19. Loyalsock Township will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Spartans enter the match with a 1-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Wellsboro (Wellsboro, PA).

The Mustangs (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Danville (Danville, PA). The Ironmen enter the PIAA District IV match with a 4-3 record. In their last match, Danville was outscored by Troy (Troy, PA), 3-0, in a non-league match.
