The Mildred Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Oakwood Panthers to 0 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Eagles now have a 8-14 record. They play next when they travel to Hubbard for a non-league outing on Friday, September 20. Mildred will play a Jaguars team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Moody (Moody, TX). The Jaguars record now stands at 6-9.

With the loss, Oakwood drops to 7-13 on the campaign. The Panthers host Kerens (Kerens, TX) to play the Bobcats in a non-league outing on Friday, September 20. The Bobcats come into the outing with a record of 6-16.
