Colorado High School Volleyball - The Vanguard School tips Salida

September 17, 2024: Salida, CO 81201

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting The Vanguard School Coursers volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Salida Spartans.

The Coursers (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lamar (Lamar, CO). The Thunder come into the 3A/2A Tri-Peaks challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Lamar edged Liberal (Liberal, KS), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Spartans meet the La Junta Tigers (La Junta, CO) in a 3A/2A Tri-Peaks challenge, on Friday, September 20. Salida will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 3-1 league loss to Woodland Park (Woodland Park, CO).
