With the win, Southwest Valley improves its record to 10-2 on the season. The host Griswold (Griswold, IA) to face the Tigers in a non-league test on Thursday, September 19. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 7-11. Griswold lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Stanton (Stanton, IA)

The Warhawks now own a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lenox for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 17. Southeast Warren will face a Tigers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Fremont-Mills (Tabor, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 7-10.
