In Wednesday's league game, the Mountain View Mountain Lions (Loveland, CO) flag football team triumphed over the visiting Skyview Wolverines (Thornton, CO), by a tally of 40-0.
In their next game, the Mountain Lions battle the Mountain Range Mustangs (Westminster, CO) in a 5A/4A Northern Colorado game, on Saturday, September 20. Mountain View will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Mustangs enter the game with a 3-5 record after their 26-6 league win over Aurora Central (Aurora, CO).
The Wolverines (0-4) will now prepare for their outing against Legacy (Broomfield, CO). The Lightning come into the 5A/4A Northern Colorado outing with a 8-1 record. In their last outing, Legacy was overwhelmed by Poudre School District (Fort Collins, CO), 12-7, in a league outing.
