Florida High School Football - Archbishop McCarthy prevails West Broward

September 17, 2025: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33330

In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host Archbishop McCarthy Mavericks football team scored a nice 21-7 win over the West Broward Bobcats.

With the win, Archbishop McCarthy improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Mavericks host American Heritage (Plantation, FL) to play the Patriots in a test on Wednesday, October 1. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 0-1. American Heritage lost 34-6 in their recent non-league test against Cardinal Newman (West Palm Beach, FL)

The Bobcats (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Flanagan (Pembroke Pines, FL). The Falcons go into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record.
