Sanger Indians (Sanger, TX) fans exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their football team overcome the host Gunter Tigers (Gunter, TX), 28-8 in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Indians play the Bonham Warriors (Bonham, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 25. Sanger will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Warriors go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 49-6 non-league loss to Pilot Point (Pilot Point, TX).

The Tigers (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Wylie (Wylie, TX). The Pirates go into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record.
