In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host Parry McCluer Fighting Blues football team scored a nice 8-0 win over the Stonewall Jackson Generals.
With the win, Parry McCluer improves its record to 1-3 on the season. The Fighting Blues host Narrows (Narrows, VA) to play the Green Waves in a non-league battle on Wednesday, October 8. The Green Waves go into the challenge with a record of 1-0.
The Generals (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Page County (Shenandoah, VA). The Panthers go into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Page County knocked off Harrisonburg (Harrisonburg, VA), 56-0, in a non-league test.
