The Webster Groves Statesmen softball team scored 19 runs and held the visiting Parkway North Vikings to 2 in the Statesmen non-league win on Wednesday.
The Statesmen now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bayless for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 18.
The Vikings (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Pattonville (Maryland Heights, MO). The Pirates go into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
