In Wednesday's league match, the St. Francis Troubadours (Sacramento, CA) volleyball squad toppled the visiting Whitney Wildcats (Rocklin, CA), by a count of 2-0.

The Troubadours (20-1) will now prepare for their battle against San Ramon Valley (Danville, CA). The Wolves go into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, San Ramon Valley achieved victory over Granada (Livermore, CA), 2-0, in a league battle.

The Wildcats now own a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Folsom for a battle on Monday, September 22. Whitney will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Campolindo (Moraga, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-6.
