The Jackson-Reed Tigers (Washington, DC) soccer overwhelmed the host McKinley Tech Trainers (Washington, DC), 12-1 in Wednesday's league challenge.
The Tigers now hold a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to St. Albans for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 19. Jackson-Reed will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over The Heights (Potomac, MD). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-1.
The Trainers (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against MacArthur (Washington, DC). The Mammoths enter the DCIAA contest with a 0-0 record.
