Bracken County Polar Bears (Brooksville, KY) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Lewis County Lions (Vanceburg, KY), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Bracken County improves its record to 10-2 on the season. The Polar Bears travel to Dayton (Dayton, KY) to face the Greendevils in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 24. The Greendevils go into the test with a record of 8-8.

Next, the Lions meet the Robertson County Black Devils (Mt. Olivet, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 20. Lewis County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-13 season record. The Black Devils come into the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Menifee County (Frenchburg, KY).
