In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Walden Wolverines volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Brown Bears.
The Wolverines (2-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Atherton (Louisville, KY). The Ravens come into the non-league challenge with a 2-6 record.
Next, the Bears play the Cloverport Aces (Cloverport, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 19. Brown will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Aces come into the challenge with a 0-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Breckinridge County (Harned, KY).
