The Georgetown-Ridge Farm Buffaloes prevailed the host DeLand-Weldon Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Buffaloes confront the Westville Tigers (Westville, IL) in a Vermilion Valley bout, on Thursday, September 18. Georgetown-Ridge Farm will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 11-1 record after their 2-0 league win over Milford (Milford, IL).

With the loss, DeLand-Weldon drops to 6-10 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Judah Christian (Champaign, IL) to clash with the Tribe in a East Central Illinois bout on Thursday, September 18. The Tribe come into the bout with a record of 8-6. Judah Christian lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Fisher (Fisher, IL)
