North Carolina High School Volleyball - Henderson Collegiate overwhelmed by Wake Prep Academy

Wake Prep Academy Guardians (Wake Forest, NC) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Henderson Collegiate Pride (Henderson, NC), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Wake Prep Academy advances its record to 14-3 on the season. The Guardians travel to American Leadership Academy-Johnston (Clayton, NC) to face the Patriots in a Quad County 2A/3A/4A challenge on Thursday, September 18. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 5-8. American Leadership Academy-Johnston lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Louisburg (Louisburg, NC)

Next, the Pride play the Falls Lake Firebirds (Creedmoor, NC) in a Triangle North 1A/2A challenge, on Thursday, September 18. Henderson Collegiate will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Firebirds come into the challenge with a 15-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Excelsior Classical Academy (Durham, NC).
