In Wednesday's league challenge, the host Roosevelt Teddies volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Minneapolis Southwest Lakers.
The Teddies (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Bemidji (Bemidji, MN). The Lumberjacks enter the non-league challenge with a 0-7 record. In their last test, Bemidji lost by Grand Rapids (Grand Rapids, MN), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lakers meet the Eden Prairie Eagles (Eden Prairie, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 23. Minneapolis Southwest will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 5-8 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN).
