Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Richard Montgomery Rockets (Rockville, MD) and the visiting Wheaton Knights (Silver Spring, MD), observed Richard Montgomery's volleyball team top Wheaton by a count of 3-0.

The Rockets (8-2) will now prepare for their contest against Blair (Silver Spring, MD). The Blazers go into the non-league battle with a 3-2 record.

The Knights now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Blair for a non-league battle on Friday, September 19. Wheaton will encounter a Blazers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Kennedy (Silver Spring, MD). The Blazers record now stands at 3-2.
