The Southwind Jaguars volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Ridgeway Roadrunners to 1 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Jaguars now have a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Overton for a AAA District 16 outing on Wednesday, September 17. Southwind will play a Wolverines team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Whitehaven (Memphis, TN). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Ridgeway drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Roadrunners travel to Melrose (Memphis, TN) to play the Golden Wildcats in a AA District 16 outing on Thursday, September 18. The Golden Wildcats come into the outing with a record of 1-1. Melrose won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Kirby (Memphis, TN)
