With the win, Central upgrades its record to 10-8 on the year. The Grizzlies host Clovis (Clovis, CA) to play the Cougars in a Tri-River bout on Tuesday, September 21. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 14-4. Clovis won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against San Joaquin Memorial (Fresno, CA)

The Bearcats now own a 10-8 record. They play next when they travel to St. Joseph for a Central Coast Athletic bout on Tuesday, September 21. Paso Robles will play a Knights squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Atascadero (Atascadero, CA). The Knights record now stands at 6-11.
