    • Georgia High School Volleyball - Northwest Whitfield tips Mill Creek

    September 18, 2021: Tunnel Hill, GA 30755

    In Saturday's non-league contest, the Northwest Whitfield Bruins (Tunnel Hill, GA) volleyball squad nudged the visiting Mill Creek Hawks (Hoschton, GA), by a margin of 2-1.

    Next up, the Bruins battle the Ridgeland Panthers (Rossville, GA) in a AAAA Area 7 contest, on Tuesday, September 21. Northwest Whitfield will attempt to better on its 17-5 season record.

    With the loss, Mill Creek moves to 11-9 on the year. The Hawks host Peachtree Ridge (Suwanee, GA) to battle the Lions in a AAAAAAA Region 8 contest on Tuesday, September 21. The Lions go into the contest with a record of 5-12. Peachtree Ridge lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Mountain View (Lawrenceville, GA)
