The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Glasgow Scotties (Glasgow, KY) and the host Franklin-Simpson Wildcats (Franklin, KY), saw Glasgow's volleyball squad nip Franklin-Simpson by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Glasgow upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Scotties host Metcalfe County (Edmonton, KY) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Monday, September 25. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 8-10.

The Wildcats now own a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Russellville for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 19. Franklin-Simpson will play a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Todd County Central (Elkton, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 0-5.
