The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Navajo Prep Eagles (Farmington, NM) and the visiting Navajo Pine Warriors (Navajo, NM), saw Navajo Prep's volleyball squad beat Navajo Pine by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Navajo Prep upgrades its record to 5-3 on the year. The Eagles host Tohatchi (Tohatchi, NM) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 3. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 1-0.
The Warriors now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Newcomb for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 19. Navajo Pine will play a Skyhawks squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Aztec (Aztec, NM). The Skyhawks record now stands at 2-4.
