The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the South Columbus Stallions (Tabor City, NC) and the visiting North Brunswick Scorpions (Leland, NC), saw South Columbus's volleyball squad beat North Brunswick by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, South Columbus upgrades its record to 12-0 on the year. The Stallions travel to East Bladen (Elizabethtown, NC) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 20. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 5-6. East Bladen lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Whiteville (Whiteville, NC)

The Scorpions now own a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Laney for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 19. North Brunswick will play a Buccaneers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Topsail (Hampstead, NC). The Buccaneers record now stands at 8-3.
