The crowd at Monday's league test between the Beaver Beavers (Lisbon, OH) and the host Brooke Bruins (Wellsburg, WV), saw Beaver's soccer squad get by Brooke by a count of 4-3.
The Beavers now hold a 8-0 record. They play next when they host Cambridge for a Ohio Valley (OVAC) test on Tuesday, September 19. Beaver will meet a Bobcats squad coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Bishop Rosecrans (Zanesville, OH). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-6.
With the loss, Brooke drops to 7-3 on the season. The Bruins host East Liverpool (East Liverpool, OH) to meet the Potters in a non-league test on Thursday, September 21. The Potters come into the test with a record of 4-6. East Liverpool won 6-0 in their recent non-league test against Indian Creek (Wintersville, OH)
