Windsor Wizards (Windsor, CO) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Northridge Grizzlies (Greeley, CO), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wizards confront the Mead Mavericks (Longmont, CO) in a 5A/4A Northern Colorado challenge, on Wednesday, September 20. Windsor will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Mavericks enter the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Thompson Valley (Loveland, CO).

The Grizzlies now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Niwot for a 4A/3A Longs Peak challenge on Thursday, September 21. Northridge will confront a Cougars team coming off a 3-0 league win over Roosevelt (Johnstown, CO). The Cougars record now stands at 4-1.
