The Brookfield Bulldogs (Brookfield, MO) softball routed the host Clark County Indians (Kahoka, MO), 20-5 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Bulldogs (6-3) will now prepare for their bout against Monroe City (Monroe City, MO). The Panthers go into the non-league bout with a 10-2 record. In their last bout, Monroe City was routed by Centralia (Centralia, MO), 2-1, in a non-league bout.

The Indians now sport a 4-11 record. They take the field next when they host Highland for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 21. Clark County will face a Cougars squad coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Hannibal (Hannibal, MO). The Cougars record now stands at 14-2.
