The Crescent City Christian Pioneers volleyball team (Metairie, LA), was nudged 3-2 in Monday's non-league challenge with the visiting Academy of Our Lady Penguins (Marrero, LA)

The Penguins (11-3) will now prepare for their challenge against De La Salle (New Orleans, LA). The Cavalier enter the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, De La Salle nipped Thomas Jefferson (Gretna, LA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Pioneers meet the Central Private Redhawks (Baker, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 21. Crescent City Christian will attempt to move on its 6-7 season record.
