In Monday's non-league battle, the host Portland Christian Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Brown Bears.
The Eagles (8-10) will now prepare for their battle against Eastern (Louisville, KY). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 9-12 record. In their last battle, Eastern achieved victory over Jeffersontown (Louisville, KY), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
In their next game, the Bears confront the Western Warriors (Louisville, KY) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, September 20. Brown will attempt to improve on its 5-9 season record. The Warriors enter the test with a 0-8 record after their 2-1 league loss to Doss (Louisville, KY).
