The Clippers go into the contest with a 3-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Central (Capitol Heights, MD).

With the loss, Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North moves to 4-1 on the year. The Tigers host Potomac (Oxon Hill, MD) to face the Wolverines in a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A contest on Wednesday, September 20. The Wolverines go into the contest with a record of 2-0. Potomac won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Crossland (Temple Hills, MD)
