The Lakeland Cavaliers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Franklin Broncos to 0 in the Cavaliers non-league victory on Monday.

The Cavaliers now have a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nansemond River for a Southeastern game on Tuesday, September 19. Lakeland will meet a Warriors team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Kecoughtan (Hampton, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 6-1.

The Broncos (2-8) will now prepare for their game against Sussex Central (Sussex, VA). The Tigers enter the Tri-Rivers game with a 1-2 record.
