The Marshall Hilltoppers topped the visiting Two Harbors Agates volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Monday's non-league test.
The Hilltoppers now have a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakeview Christian Academy for a Freelance test on Tuesday, September 19. Marshall will confront a Lions team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Ely (Ely, MN). The Lions record now stands at 5-6.
The Agates (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Moose Lake/Willow River (Moose Lake, MN). The Rebels enter the Polar test with a 2-7 record. In their last test, Moose Lake/Willow River was knocked off by South Ridge (Culver, MN), 3-0, in a league test.
