The Plaquemine Green Devils held off the visiting White Castle Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Monday's non-league test.

The Green Devils now have a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. John for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 19. Plaquemine will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league win over False River (New Roads, LA). The Eagles record now stands at 7-5.

The Bulldogs (6-8) will now prepare for their test against St. John (Plaquemine, LA). The Eagles enter the Division V District 3 test with a 8-5 record. In their last test, St. John held off Plaquemine (Plaquemine, LA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
