The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Southeast Guilford Falcons (Greensboro, NC) and the host Southern Guilford Storm (Greensboro, NC), saw Southeast Guilford's volleyball squad beat Southern Guilford by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Southeast Guilford upgrades its record to 4-8 on the year. The Falcons host Page (Greensboro, NC) to play the Pirates in a Metro 4A bout on Tuesday, September 19. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 1-8. Page lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Grimsley (Greensboro, NC)

The Storm now own a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to High Point Central for a Mid-State 3A bout on Tuesday, September 19. Southern Guilford will play a Bison squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Southwest Guilford (High Point, NC). The Bison record now stands at 4-9.
